Lewers Street is a couple blocks West of the area most people would consider the center of Waikiki. It's convenient for people that want to be able to walk to their Waikiki destinations. The average walk to Honolulu Zoo or Hilton Hawaiian Village would probably be under 15 minutes. Lewers Street also has metered street parking, stores, restaurants and banks on it. The Outrigger Beachwalk Developement is also at the South or Makai (ocean side) of Lewers. Lewers Street runs from Ala Wai Boulevard to Kalia Road where you will find the Halekulani Hotel.
